Can I adjust the chat window display time?
You can change the ‘time out’ setting that displays the chat window to visitor, waiting for a contact’s reply.
On your iPad, touch the top middle of the home screen of your Receptionist app for about 6 seconds. The active area you need to touch and hold is highlighted in red:
You’ll see an account confirmation pop up.
Once you enter your password and confirm, you’ll see a new screen that includes the Visitor Time Out setting – this is local to each device.
