Happy Administrative Professionals Day!

Happy Administrative Professionals Day! To celebrate our customers, we held a contest and asked you to share some stories of the amazing things administrative professionals do for your offices. More than 10% of our customers participated and we got some fantastic entries! Today, we’re thrilled to announce the winners! Three lucky offices will receive a catered breakfast or baked goods worth $100, three lucky administrative assistants will receive their own assistant — an Echo Dot, and one winner spread the word about The Receptionist and won an iPad. But before we get there, we’d like to highlight a few of our favorite quotes from the nominations. They show how much value is provided by secretaries, receptionists, office managers, and other administrative staff without whom most offices wouldn’t be able to function:

“[Our administrative professional] does so much for our small office that others aren’t even aware of. She truly believes in the company and does these not-so-glamourous tasks because she wants to make everyone’s days go a little smoother.”

“[Our administrative professional] is the hardest working person I have ever met! The many hats she wears are essential to our daily business of keeping our school running smoothly.”

“[Our administrative professional] processes our payroll, makes sure we have snacks, answers phones, manages chats, greets customers, reserves rooms, coordinates office suite issues with our building management, and has a smile on her the entire time.”

Without further ado, the winners are…

Congratulations! A big thanks to all who participated. We loved seeing just how much you appreciate your admins and hearing about the smiles, organization, and determination they bring to your office every single day. Finally, a brief reminder to recognize the administrative professionals in your office today. Bring them flowers, take them to lunch, give them the afternoon off — just do something to show how much you appreciate all the hard work they do.
