In the first episode of 2024, we welcome yet another new team member to the show. Our team grew by seven people in 2023, and one of those new hires was Julia Mawdsley, our customer education specialist.
Julia’s role is a new one for us as we look to continue to provide radical support to our customer base.
So in this conversation, Julia and I discuss expectations — the expectations that come with trying to craft and create a brand new role while being a new employee to the company, and also how to set expectations with customers in a role like Julia’s.
