In Q4 2022, we asked all of our employees to take a short quiz on Employee Supremacy as a way to make sure we were all speaking the same language — because Employee Supremacy is not the same as just taking care of your employees. There’s a higher purpose.
As you’ll hear from Raven, this higher purpose resonated with her as she learned more about employee supremacy and it got her thinking about her role and how she feels valued here at The Receptionist.
