We are excited to introduce the ability to capture various forms of identification through a new visitor form field in the release of our newest version 4.4.
Users can now assign an ID capture field to any visitor check-in button and require visitors to take a photo of their identification.
When used in tandem with the pre-existing face photo capture field, the new ID capture field provides an additional level of visitor verification to meet appropriate security and safety measures.
Upon check-in, the guest’s ID photo is stored in the Visit Log and can also be viewed by looking at the visit details page. Any contact who gets notified of a visit by email will be able to see the ID photo by following the link included in the notification.

This update is available to all customers running app version 4.4 or higher, at no additional charge.
