Designed to help your workplace schedule and pre-register large, planned batches of visitors, our new Groups feature reduces the workload for your admin team and helps them prepare an expedited check-in experience that doesn’t compromise on security. Instead of pre-registering guests one by one, you’ll be able to upload all of the visitors in the group at once and identify them uniquely as group members in your visit log.
The ability to pre-register and schedule group check-ins means your visitors don’t have to stand around in your lobby while the rest of their group completes their check-in, and your front desk staff doesn’t have the added pressure of welcoming and checking in all of those guests individually once they’ve arrived.

You’ll then be able to see a new ‘Groups’ section in your admin dashboard where you can upload and manage your group lists. You’ll also be able to print badges for an entire group with just one click and get a head start on preparing for your guests’ arrival before they ever walk through your doors!
