Feature Update: Zapier integration

The Receptionist for iPad has launched a brand new integration that allows you to increase the scope of The Receptionist platform and trigger events in more of the apps you use daily.

The new Zapier integration allows customers to seamlessly connect our visitor management software with platforms like marketing & sales automation, project management software, or even your phone system.

By activating the connection in between The Receptionist for iPad and Zapier, you can streamline the way your team passes information between the front desk visitor management system and other applications. Zapier currently connects to more than 1,500 apps and is continuously adding more.

Use the Zapier workflow tools to build triggered workflows (“Zaps”) and start conversations between systems that were previously outside of the sphere of The Receptionist for iPad integrations. Events can be triggered and information passed along in two-ways: either in The Receptionist for iPad or in the application you use Zapier to connect it with.

Whether you want a HubSpot form fill to create a pre-registered visitor in your Receptionist for iPad app, or have a check-in trigger a new task in Salesforce, the new Zapier integration makes it possible.
