The Receptionist for iPad’s latest feature release offers our customers the ability to track employee check-in and check-out activity separate from visitors with a new Employee button type.
The Receptionist for iPad users have numerous different button types to choose from to customize their check-in experience and create unique notification workflows for each visitor type, and now, with the new Employee button type, businesses and offices can specifically track employee check ins and check outs.
The check-in and check-out information is stored in the Visit Log and easily accessed by administrators, with the system logging both arrival and departure times, similar to clocking in or tracking hours.
This update is available to all customers running our app version 4.2 or higher, at no additional charge.
